To perform this validation, the following information is used:
Description
When setting an ASN to be Deactivated, the ASN cannot have any associated Student School Enrolment records (Enrolments marked as CreatedInError are permitted).
Effective Period
- This validation rule is in effect for all school years.
Additional Notes
Message
When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:
Invalid Request. Cannot deactivate an Alberta Student Number with Enrolment records.
