To perform this validation, the following information is used:
Description
Secondary ASN cannot have an Achieved Nomination on the Certificate of School Completion Credential (COSC) record.
The Achieved Nomination on the Certificate of School Completion Credential (COSC) should be removed, and added to the Primary ASN for the Student before linking.
Effective Period
- This validation rule is in effect for all school years.

Message
When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:
Could not set ASN to secondary. The Secondary ASN cannot have an Achieved Nomination on the Certificate of School Completion Credential.
