Secondary Students
A second record that is created for a student that already exists. Although secondary student records will be linked to primary student records they should not be used.

- Rule 11103 - Information Disclosure Restrictions on Secondary ASN
- Rule 11407 - Student cannot be updated
- Rule 11451 - Invalid Primary ASN
- Rule 11454 - ASN has Linked Secondary ASNs
- Rule 11463 - Invalid Document Order Item Status for a Secondary ASN
- Rule 11465 - Secondary ASN cannot have External Credentials
- Rule 11467 - Secondary ASN cannot have a transcript annotation
- Rule 11469 - Secondary ASN cannot have Awarded Credential
- Rule 11470 - Secondary ASN cannot have Student Fee Coupon
- Rule 11471 - Secondary ASN cannot have an Exam Registration Request
- Rule 11472 - Secondary ASN cannot have an Achieved Nomination on the COSC
- Rule 11476 - Secondary ASN cannot have active Parent/Guardian or Authorized User myPass Connections
