This rule is used to validate the following data in a myPass Connections record:
To perform this validation, the following information is used:
Description
An ASN cannot be set to a Secondary ASN, if the ASN has non-deleted, non-expired ParentGuardian (myPass Connection Type) or AuthorizedUser (myPass Connection Type).
The myPass connections for the Parent/Guardians and the Authorized users must be deleted prior to ASN linking is performed.
Effective Period
- This validation rule is in effect for all school years.
Message
When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:
Invalid Request. When setting an ASN to Secondary, the ASN cannot have active Parent/Guardian or Authorized User myPass connections that are not deleted. Delete these myPass connections on the Secondary ASN before linking these two ASNs.
