To perform this validation, the following information is used:
Description
Credential management cannot be performed on secondary ASNs. Management functions include awarding, re-issuing, and revoking. The credential management action should be performed against the primary ASN.

- This validation rule is in effect for all school years.
Additional Notes
This rule must be assessed for O.1 users.
Message
When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:
Invalid Alberta Student Number. The Alberta Student Number Provided ({SecondaryASN}) should not be used. Use {Primary ASN} instead.
