This rule is used to validate:
To perform this validation, the following information is used:
If a transcript order item has been processed and is ready for delivery and an invalid evaluation transcript message is added to the student’s record, the transcript must not be retrievable. This rule only applies to transcript order items with the following delivery methods:
This rule will not be triggered if the invalid evaluation transcript message has been deleted.
This validation is in effect for all school years.
The invalid evaluation transcript message is applied to a student’s record at the request of the Executive Director of assessment.
When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:
The student’s transcript cannot be delivered. Please advise the student to contact Student Records at StudentRecords@gov.ab.ca about this transcript request.
