This rule is used to validate the following data in a Student External Credential record:
To perform this validation, the following information is used:
Description
When setting an ASN to Secondary, the ASN cannot have External Credentials that are not deleted.
The External Credential should be deleted, and added to the Primary ASN for the Student before linking.
Effective Period
- This validation rule is in effect for all school years.
Message
When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:
Invalid Request. When setting an ASN to Secondary, the ASN cannot have External Credentials that are not deleted.
