This rule is used to validate the following data in a Information Disclosure Restriction record:
To perform this validation, the following information is used:
Description
The Primary ASN does not have an active Information Disclosure Restriction record, but has a Secondary ASN with an active Information Disclosure Restriction record.
This validation rule is in effect for all school years.

Message
When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:
Inconsistent Disclosure Restriction Information. The student's secondary ASN ({SecondaryStateProvinceIDs}) has an active Information Disclosure Restriction record, but the primary ASN ({StateProvinceID}) does not.
Where:
- {SecondaryStateProvinceIDs} is the ASN of the student on the Information Disclosure Restrictions (Student)
- {StateProvinceID} is the Alberta Student Number from the student
