This rule is used to validate the following data in a Student Credential record:
To perform this validation, the following information is used:
Description
Awarded credential information associated to a secondary ASN cannot be updated, e.g. the Legacy Credential Number cannot be updated when the awarded credential is associated to a secondary ASN.
Effective Period
- This validation rule is in effect for all school years.
Additional Notes
All users should be prevented from updating credential information on a secondary ASN. This includes ministry (O.1)users.
Message
When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:
Awarded credential associated to secondary ASN. The function could not be performed against the awarded credential because it is associated to a secondary ASN.
