This rule is used to validate:

• Document Order Item

To perform this validation, the following information is used:

• Invalid Evaluation Transcript Message
• Document Order Item Delivery Method
• Secondary Students

If there is an invalid evaluation transcript message on a student’s record at the time when a transcript order item is processed, the order item will be cancelled. This rule only applies to transcript order items with the following delivery methods:

• Electronic (Document Delivery Method),
• ApplyAlberta (Document Delivery Method), and
• RequestorRetrieval (Document Delivery Method).

This rule will not be triggered if the invalid evaluation transcript message has been deleted.
