Description
If a student has an invalid evaluation transcript message on their record, then attempted transcript order items for that student will be rejected. This rule only applies to transcript order items with the following delivery methods:
This rule will not be triggered if the invalid evaluation transcript message has been deleted.
Effective Period
This validation is in effect for all school years.
Additional Notes
The invalid evaluation transcript message is applied to a student’s record at the request of the Executive Director of assessment.
Message
The transcript cannot be delivered electronically. Please contact Student Records at StudentRecords@gov.ab.ca about this transcript request.
