To perform this validation, the following information is used:
Description
The State/Province code provided is invalid based on the Country provided.
This validation rule is in effect for all school years.
Additional Notes
This rule follows the PASI Data Format Guidelines to determine if the State/Province is in Canada or US.
Message
When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:
Invalid Province/State. The Province/State provided ({ProvinceState}) is not valid for the Country of ({Country}).
Where:
- {Province/State} is the Responsible School State/Province of the Responsible School record
- {Country} is the Responsible School Country of the Responsible School record
