This Home Education Registration Status Processor Advice is used to validate the Exit and Start Dates of the Home Education Registration business object.

Description
This rule will fail when there is a non-deleted School Enrolment with start and exit dates that overlap with a non-deleted Unsupervised Home Education Registration start and exit dates.
The student can have either a Home Ed Registration or a School Enrolment, cannot have both at the same time.
Message
When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:
Overlapping Home Education Registration with School Enrolment. This student has an overlapping Unsupervised Home Education Registration with a School Enrolment with {school code}. Students who are registered in an Unsupervised Home Education should not have a School Enrolment over the same period. Please review your records and make the appropriate changes.

- {school code} is the school code that has the active overlapping school enrolment.
