Description
This rule will fail when there is a non-deleted Unsupervised Home Education Registration with start and exit dates that overlap with another non-deleted Unsupervised Home Education Registration start and exit dates.
Message
When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:
Overlapping Home Education Registrations. This student has overlapping Unsupervised Home Education Registrations. Students should only be registered once in the school year. Please review the records and make the appropriate changes.
