This rule is used to validate the following data in a Section record:
To perform this validation, the following information is used:
Description
Sections cannot be submitted for a school year that is not within the 'Accepted' course mark school year range accepted by PASI.
The Accepted Effective School Year and Accepted Expiry School Year from the CourseMarkSchoolYear code class are used to define 'Accepted'.
This validation rule is in effect for all school years.

Message
When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:
- Invalid School Year. The School Year {SchoolYear} for the Section is not within the PASI Accepted Marks range {EffectiveSchoolYear} to {ExpirySchoolYear}.
Where:
- {SchoolYear} means the School Year on the Section record
- {EffectiveSchoolYear} means the School Year defined as the Accepted Course Mark Effective School Year within PASI
- {ExpirySchoolYear} means the School Year defined as the Accepted Course Mark Expiry School Year within PASI
