To perform this validation, the following information is used:
Description
Course Enrolments cannot be submitted for a school year that is not within the 'Accepted' course mark school year range for PASI.
Accepted School Years are defined in the CourseMarkSchoolYear code class.
This validation rule is in effect for all school years.

Message
When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:
- Invalid School Year. The School Year {SchoolYear} for the Course Enrolment is not within the PASI Accepted Marks range {EffectiveSchoolYear} to {ExpirySchoolYear}.
Where:
- {SchoolYear} is the School Year associated to the course enrolment record
- {EffectiveSchoolYear} is the earliest school year that course marks may be accepted
- {ExpirySchoolYear} is the latest school year that course marks may be accepted
