To perform this validation, the following information is used:
Description
When a Student School Enrolment (Course Enrolment) is provided, it must be for an enrolment record that meets the following criteria:
- The School (Student School Enrolment) on the School Enrolment must be the same as the School Code (Section) on the associated Section record.
- The Section School Year on the School Enrolment must be the same as the School Year (Student School Enrolment) on the associated section record.
- The Student referenced on the School Enrolment must be the same as the student referenced on the Course Enrolment record.
This validation rule does not apply to deleted Course Enrolment records.
Message
When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:
- Invalid Student School Enrolment. The referenced School Enrolment must be for the same School, School Year, and Student as the Course Enrolment.
