Description
When updating a Course Enrolment, the Section cannot be changed.
This validation rule is in effect for all school years.

Message
When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:
- Cannot change Section. You cannot change the Section associated to an existing Course Enrolment. Instead, delete the existing Course Enrolment, and submit a new Course Enrolment with the revised Section.
