To perform this validation, the following information is used:
Description
When the Entry Date is provided and the Exit Date is not provided, the associated School Authority must be active on the Entry Date if the School is active on the Entry Date.
- Effective Starting School Year: 1978/1979

Message
When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:
- Invalid Entry Date. According to PASI, the School is not associated to an active School Authority on the Entry Date ({EntryDate}).
