Description
The course enrolment record cannot be updated if it has an approved mark value.
This validation rule is in effect for all school years.
Additional Notes
From a PASIprep UI perspective a User with Level 8 security access CAN update an approved mark.
The update process actually calls the Submit Mark Approval service first, to unapprove the mark, and then calls the Submit Course Enrolment service to apply the updates.
This rule is primarily for integrated vendors who try to update an approved mark without first unapproving it.
Message
When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:
- Cannot Update Course Enrolment record. The course enrolment record has an approved mark value which must be unapproved before updating the record.
