Description
The Course Enrolment Mark Value must be blank when the Completion Status is Incomplete, Withdrawn, or Continuing.
This validation rule is in effect for all school years.

- Unexpected Mark Value. The Mark Value should be blank when the Course Enrolment Status is {CourseEnrolmentStatusDescription}.
Where:
