To perform this validation, the following information is used:
Description
When both the Course Enrolment Exit Date and the associated School Enrolment Exit dates are provided, then Course Enrolment Exit Date must be the same as or prior to the School Enrolment Exit Date.
Course enrolments associated to deleted Student School Enrolments would not trigger the rule.
This validation rule is in effect for all school years.
Message
When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:
- Invalid Course Enrolment Exit Date. The Course Enrolment Exit Date ({CourseEnrolmentExitDate}) cannot be after the Student School Enrolment Exit Date ({StudentSchoolEnrolmentExitDate}).
Where
- {CourseEnrolmentExitDate} means the exit date for the course enrolment record
- {StudentSchoolEnrolmentExitDate} means the exit date for the student school enrolment association to the course enrolment record
