This rule is used to validate the following:

• Reference ID (Course Enrolment)

To perform this validation, the following information is used:

• Mark Format (Course Enrolment)
• Section Reference ID (Course Enrolment)
• Section School Year

A letter grade (Mark Format = Letter) is not permitted for Course Enrolments.

• Effective Starting School Year: 1998/1999

The reason for SY effective 1999 is to account for migrated data which doesn't comply to this rule until SY 1999.

When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:

• Invalid Mark for Course Enrolment. A Letter Grade is not permitted for Course Enrolments. Only percentage marks are allowed.
