Description
Per the Guide to Education, except for Phys Ed 10, marks must be provided in percentage format. A Pass/Fail is allowed for Phys Ed 10, course code PED1445.

Message
When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:
- Invalid Mark for Course Enrolment. A Pass/Fail Grade is not permitted for Course Enrolments. Only Percentage marks are allowed.
