To perform this validation, the following information is used:
Description
The method in which a course can be completed is identified through the Completion Method for the course. This rule ensures that the course submitted is allowed to be completed through a Course Challenge 'CHA'.
When the Primary Delivery Method of the section is Course Challenge (CHA) the courses offered must have a course completion method of CHA. The Section must start between the First School Year (Course) and Last School Year (Course) of the Course identified as CHA. If a Section start date is not available, derive a start date using the Section Date Deriver Logic.

This rule is effective starting in the 2018/19 school year.
Message
When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:
Invalid Course Offering for Course Challenge Primary Delivery Method. The course(s) {CourseCodes} cannot be offered with a primary delivery method of course challenge.
Where:
- {CourseCodes} = is a comma separated list of course codes (eg. MAT3791, MAT3792) offered within the section that can not have the primary delivery method of CHA.
