This rule is used to validate the following :

• Evaluation Method

To perform this validation, the following information is used:

• Evaluation Method
• Evaluated Mark Course Code
• Evaluated Mark School Year
• Evaluation Date
• Completion Method

The Out of Province evaluation method can only be applied to courses with a 'OUT' Completion Method. The Mark Evaluation Date in the evaluated mark record must fall within the First School Year and Last School Year of the Course identified as OUT.

The Out of Province Evaluation Methods are OUT-BC, OUT-MB, OUT-NB, OUT-NL, OUT-NS, OUT-NT, OUT-NU, OUT-OC, OUT-ON, OUT-PE, OUT-QC, OUT-SK, and OUT-YT.

• Effective Starting School Year: 2018/2019

When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:

• {CourseCode} means the course code on the evaluated mark
• {EvaluationMethod} is the evaluation method on the evaluated mark
