This rule is used to validate the following :

• Evaluation Method

To perform this validation, the following information is used:

• Evaluation Method
• Evaluated Mark Course Code
• Evaluated Mark Evaluation Method
• Evaluated Mark School Year
• Evaluation Date
• Completion Method

The method in which a course can be completed, or its “Completion Method”, is identified at the course level in CIA. This rule ensures that on the evaluation date submitted the course code is allowed to be completed via Private evaluation ('PVT').

The Mark Evaluation Date in the evaluated mark record must fall within the First School Year (Course) and Last School Year (Course) of the Course identified as 'PVT'.

When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:
