To perform this validation, the following information is used:
Description
An attempt was made to approve a mark value on a course enrolment relating to a Section with outstanding warnings in an acknowledgement status of InProgress or Unacknowledged.
Warnings with a status of Overridden should not be considered as part of this rule.
This validation rule is in effect for all school years.

Message
When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:
- Cannot Approve Mark Value. The section associated to the course enrolment has outstanding warnings.
