To perform this validation, the following information is used:
Description
An attempt was made to approve a mark value on a course enrolment record with a status other than “Completed”. Only “Completed” course enrolment mark values may be approved.
This validation rule is in effect for all school years.

Message
When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:
- Cannot Approve Mark Value. The course enrolment must have a status of “Completed” to approve the mark value on the record.
