To perform this validation, the following information is used:
Description
When the mark value of the Course Enrolment record is being approved (IsMarkApprove = True), then the mark value cannot be blank.
This validation rule is in effect for all school years.

Message
When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:
- Cannot Approve - Mark Value is Missing. Mark value approval cannot be performed where the mark value is missing
