This rule is used to validate the following data in a GED Exam Mark record:
To perform this validation, the following information is used:
Description
A student can only have one GED Exam Mark with the same course code, exam written on date, writing centre, and form.
The rule will not consider deleted exam marks or exam marks that belong to examinees where the examinee is mapped to a different student.
Effective Period
- This validation rule is in effect for all school years.
Message
When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:
Duplicate GED Exam Mark. A GED Exam Mark record for this student (ASN {ASN}) has already been submitted with the same course code, exam written on date, writing centre, and form.
