The PASI Client does not have the correct role to submit this credential requirement.

- This validation rule is in effect for all school years.
Additional Notes
This rule will always execute for all Achievement Statuses.
Message
When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:
Access Denied. You are not authorized to submit this credential requirement ({CredentialRequirement}).
