An exemption reason cannot be updated and deleted at the same time.

• This validation rule is in effect for all school years.

Will only execute on delete.

Modify includes any changes to the Exemption Details, Exemption Reason, Exemption Status

When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:

Invalid Request. You cannot modify and delete an exemption.
