This rule is used to validate:

• PASIprep Permissions Levels

This rule ensures the user is authorized to update the work item status.

In regards to Course Enrolment Work items, this rule will reject all Acknowledge/In Progress/Unacknowledge/Overidden operations if the user HAS:

• PASIprep Level 49 Permission - Manage Special Cases Adult Equivalency Requests

For Evaluated Mark Work items, this rule will reject all Acknowledge/In Progress/Unacknowledge/Overidden operations if the user HAS:

• PASIprep Level 49 Permission - Manage Special Cases Adult Equivalency Requests
• The course code is not one of the following: AEC9994, AEC9995, AEC9996, AEC9997, UCR9993.

This validation rule is in effect for all school years.

Since this rule is exclusive to PASIprep, the Work Item (Acknowledgement Status) concept is acceptable in the message.

When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:

• Access Denied. You are not authorized to update the Work Item status.

This rule applies to:

• Release 2.6 – Added/Updated
• Release 6.09 - Updated to include check for Level 49.
