To perform this validation, the following information is used:
Description
An Education Account is only permitted to have only 1 'Self' Connection. The means that If the Education account is connected to the Different ASN with the Connection Status of Active, Student Hold or Suspended, the user is not permitted to establish another 'Self' connection.
Note: If the connection is deleted, then the Education account will be able to establish another “Self” connection.
This validation rule is in effect for all school years.

When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:
Your Education Account has an existing 'Self' connection. You are permitted to have only one 'Self' connection.
