This Rejection rule is used to validate the status of the:

To perform this validation, the following information is used:
Description
When placing a document reorder, PASI will validate the status of the Recipient. If the Recipient is a DOD Consumer and the status is inactive the rule will fail and the reject message will display. The user must select an active Recipient to place the reorder.
Message
When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:
Invalid Recipient. The Digital Official Document Consumer {name} is Inactive, please select another Recipient.
