When the 'is deceased' flag is set for the student, then any order must be ordered and disseminated manually by Student Records.

This rule will fail if one of the following the delivery method is not used:

Student Records can confirm the status of the student or produce an order for the student.

When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:

The order cannot be constructed as the student has been flagged as deceased.
