This rule is used to validate:
Description
A user is not permitted to upload a document image if a Student Document record already exists with the Reference ID. The Document Image segment can no longer be provided once the document exists in PASI.
Message
When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:
Document Image Already Exists. The Document Image for this document has already been uploaded.
