Description
PASI requires a user to enter either a Source Document Type or a Student Document (identity) for the student identity. One of these must be tied to the student's identity.

Applies only to the 2018 and newer end points.
Message
When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:
Must Provide a Source Document Type or a Document Reference ID for the Student Identity. A source document type or a student document is required to support the student's identity.
