Description
The rule will fail if the “Is Resolved” on the service is set to true and a Student Document Problem Resolution Action was not provided to the service.
Message
When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:
Problem Report Missing Required Information. A Problem Resolution must be provided when marking the problem report as resolved.
