This rule is used to validate:

The file name for the .zip file must be unique within PASI.

Note: if this rule fails, a submission record is created in the document submission table.

When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:

Document Submission File Name Must Be Unique. Please resubmit your student document file with a unique name.
