The Load Student Documents without Waybill screen is accessible from the List Student Document Submissions screen via the 'Load Document Submission File…' action.
PASIprep users must have the PASIprep Level 46 Permission - Manage Student Document Submissions to access this screen.
If the security requirements are not met, user will be denied access and will see an unexpected error instead, as defined in the PASIprep UI Guidelines.
This section of the page contains a drag and drop box that allows the user to drag in a zip file (containing an electronic waybill and the PDF documents that are to be loaded as part of the Document Submission) into PASIprep.
When selected, this action will take the user to their local drive location on the user’s computer to allow them to select the zip file they would like to load.
The user will be returned back to the page they were on prior to this page as per PASIprep UI Guidelines.
Adding a record is validated in alignment with the Add a Document Submission section of the document submission data access rules. Clicking [Load] performs the following:
* denotes mandatory data elements
|Document Type||A list of all available Document Types that can be loaded as part of a Document Submission without a waybill|
|Linked To Organization||Displays all organizations that the user is a part of.
If the user is an authority, the authority and all schools within the authority are available to be selected.
If the user is a school user the school the user is a member of is the only option.
Only available if the document type definition indicates Linked To Organization is mandatory for the document name selected.
|School Year||A dropdown of available school years.
Only available if the document type definition indicates School Year is mandatory for the document name selected.
|Digitized?||A dropdown used to indicate if all Document Submission Items being loaded were digitized.|
|Document Title||A filed available to the user to enter a title for all documents to be submitted as part of the document submission.|
|Relevant?||A dropdown that allows the user to define if all documents within the document submission are to be marked as relevant = true or false.|
|Document Language||A dropdown used to indicate the language of the document.|
|Document Date||The create date for the document.
Applies to all documents within the Document Submission.
Only available if the document type definition indicates Document Date is mandatory for the document name selected.
