This rule is used to validate:
Description
The rule will fail if any one of the following conditions exist within a Document Submission:
- The ASN(s) does not exists in PASI.
- The organization does not have Access to the Student (Moved)
Additional Notes
This rule will validate all ASNs submitted on an electronic waybill file or as part of the PDFs submitted as part of a Document Submission. If this rule fails the entire document submission will be rejected.
Message
When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:
Invalid Alberta Student Number. The ASN provided either does not exist or is not accessible. ({StateProvinceID})
Where:
- {StateProvinceID} is the ASN(s) provided in the service request that are invalid
