This rule is used to validate:
PASI requires an Annual Summary of Attendance document be loaded to the student's digital record if:
Note: If the new school enrolment is for a different school year than the previous (ended) school enrolment, the 15 day cooling off period will be the only trigger for the rule, a new enrolment will not trigger the rule.
When the school has loaded at least one Annual Summary of Attendance for the student, all subsequent school years the school has a school enrolment for the student must contain an Annual Summary of Attendance document for that school year.
If a student has an enrolment at a new school and that school has never added an attendance summary for the student, the validation is not performed.
Deleted enrolments will not have this rule run against them.
When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:
Attendance Summary Document Missing. Please load an attendance summary document for the student for the {schoolyear} school year.
