This rule is used to validate:

• Student School Enrolment Is Deleted
• School Year (Student School Enrolment)
• School (Student School Enrolment)
• Student Document Type
• Student Document School Year

PASI requires an Progress Report / Report Card document be loaded to the student's digital record if:

• An Progress Report / Report Card document has been loaded for the student, by the school, for the current or previous school years.
• AND, the school enrolment (for the school who has already loaded at least one Progress Report / Report Card document) has:
  • an Registration Exit Date in the past and the Exit Date Type is Completion Date OR
  • the school enrolment has an Registration Exit Date in the past and the Exit Date Type is Withdrawal Date.
    • Note: Registration status of “closed” with become “completed” when the exit date is populated when making this data element mandatory.
• AND, the school enrolment that has ended exists for a minimum of 30 calendar days (for the school who has already loaded at least one Progress Report / Report Card document) AND
  • the end date of the previous school enrolment is 15 calendar days in the past OR
  • The start date of the next (new) school enrolment (in the same school year as the previous enrolment) is equal to today or in the past that are not deleted

Note: If the new school enrolment is for a different school year than the previous (ended) school enrolment, the 15 day cooling off period will be the only trigger for the rule, a new enrolment will not trigger the rule.

When the school has loaded at least one Progress Report / Report Card for the student, all subsequent school years the school has a school enrolment for the student must contain a progress report/report card student document for that school year.

If a student has an enrolment at a new school and that school has never added a progress report/report card for the student, the validation is not performed.

Deleted enrolments will not have this rule run against them.

When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:
