This rule is used to validate:

To perform this validation, the following information is used:
Description
To edit any metadata attribute (other than Is Relevant) of a Student Document that is of a Document Type that is organization based, the organization of the user must be associated to the Linked to Organization1).

When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:
Access Denied. This document is an Organization Based document. The metadata can only be edited by the organization who initially uploaded this document.
