This rule is used to validate:

• The Organization of the user making the request

To perform this validation, the following information is used:

• Student Document Type
• Document Type Code
• Is Organization Bound
• School Enrolment

To edit the metadata (other than the Is Relevant attribute) of a Student Document that is organization based (has a Document Type that is Is Organization Bound) the requesting organization must be:

• A Student Record Custodian
• Alberta Education ¹⁾
• A School (or the school's governing authority) editing a Historical Document with a previous non-deleted School Enrolment

This rule applies to editing student documents and falls in line with Student Document Data access rules.

Rule 65103 prevents an organization from deleting a Student Document based on the same conditions.
