This rule is used to validate the following:

• Student ASN (Student Record Access Request)
• myPass Connection Connection Status
• myPass Connection Education Account
• PASI Core Version

If the requestor has an active connection based on the education account requesting the record and the ASN provided, the request will be rejected.

A Student Record request cannot be submitted by a user who is already connected to the submitted ASN. This rule only applies to record requests that are being added (Submitted status). The rule will fail if the user has a myPass Connection Status with a status of Active (myPass Connection Status), Suspended (myPass Connection Status) or StudentHold (myPass Connection Status).

When validation rules, the following message is returned to the user:
