This rule is used to validate:

• Transcript Request

To perform this validation, the following information is used:

• Request Tracking Identifier
• Request Institution Identifier
• Request Client Identifier
• Request XML

This validation will fail if there is a Transcript Request that already exists with a matching Request Tracking ID and requesting institution/client id.

This rule handles rejecting duplicates that come through the Request Transcript service and that might have come in via the APAS (ApplyAlberta).

This rule has similar logic as Rule 60315 - Transcript Order for Empty Transcript but has been enhanced.

When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:

• Duplicate RequestTrackingID. A transcript request already exists with the same RequestTrackingId for your institution.

This rule applies to:

• Release 5.01 - Created
• Release 7.00 - Moved from the PASICore service level to the PESC Response Level
