This rule is used to validate:
To perform this validation, the following information is used:
Description
If the student does not have any of the following:
- Available Official Mark
- Credential
- External Credential
then the construction of a transcript order with the DocumentProcessingTimeframe of “As Soon as Possible” or “Near Real-time” should be rejected.
This validation rule is in effect for all school years.

Message
When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:
The transcript order scheduled for {To Be Issued} cannot be accepted because the student does not have any official marks, credentials, or external credentials.
Where:
- {To Be Issued} is the value of To Be Issued for the Document Order Item.
